Short Summary:
As the Demo Asset Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle and allocation of Evident’s demonstration equipment across the EMEA region, acting as the central interface between various departments while managing budgets and ensuring equipment availability.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and support two Demo Coordinators in their daily activities.
- Drive demo target pool and capex planning processes; align budget planning with Sales and Marketing.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of high-end assets from procurement to final disposal.
- Ensure asset transparency and data consistency between systems.
- Coordinate non-standard procurement processes for prototype equipment.
- Track asset condition, value, and availability across the EMEA region.
- Monitor demo pool utilization KPIs and execute corrective actions.
Requirement:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, equipment coordination, asset management, or administration.
- Advanced MS Office and reporting skills; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to spend 2 days per week on-site at the Hamburg warehouse.
