Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, helping them handle more cases and recover more for clients through AI. As a Product Engineer, you will be a core decision-maker, working in a small, fast-moving team to build AI-native workflows that transform legal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Core Software: Build, ship, and maintain features that make up Eve's core product.
- Drive Product Direction: Collaborate with the team to understand user needs, define new features, and decide on implementation strategies.
- Own End-to-End: Depending on your strength, own backend systems or the user-facing experience, collaborating across frontend, backend, ML, design, and product.
- AI Integration: Design and build AI-native solutions that streamline law firm operations.
- Rapid Deployment: Embrace a fast shipping cadence, continuously iterating based on user feedback.
- Work with Customers: Engage with customers directly to solve their problems and innovate.
Requirement:
- Product Ownership: Proven track record of building incredible products; thrive in environments where you're the primary decision-maker.
- Deep Expertise: Strong depth in a primary area (front-end or back-end).
- AI Enthusiasm: Experience or strong interest in building with AI.
- Speed and Efficiency: Value shipping quickly and iterating based on real-world usage.
- Collaboration and Autonomy: Enjoy working collaboratively but are also effective independently.
