Short Summary:
EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to lead and manage its Legal Department, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with legal standards across its international operations.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead and manage the Legal Department team, including recruitment and mentoring.
- Organise and improve the Legal Department’s structure and workflows.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts (employment, NDAs, etc.).
- Conduct legal research and provide advice to internal stakeholders.
- Manage litigation and compliance with EU public procurement rules.
- Support mergers & acquisitions and corporate transactions.
- Report on legal risk and department performance to the CEO and Executive Management.
Requirement:
- University Degree in Law; Member of a Bar Association in Greece.
- 10+ years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in the IT/high technology sector.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading a legal team and managing legal matters across jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with IT contracts and EU public procurement law is preferred.
