Short Summary:
We currently have a vacancy for a Change & Release coordinator fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will perform their services remotely within the EU. The successful candidate will be integrated into the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the operational changes and releases of all live service elements, focusing on planning, coordination of resources and activities, and version controlling.
- Ensuring that Release and Change Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are reported, and their targets are met.
- Coordinating with DevSecOps Engineers and other technical teams for deployments, automation improvements, and release optimization.
- Collaborating with project and operational teams to ensure effective system change and release implementation.
- Assisting in support models set up and managing the transition of projects and new services into the business-as-usual model.
- Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and 3rd parties to ensure timely change and release implementation.
Requirement:
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations/service management.
- Experience with change/release processes.
- ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration-management tools.
- Excellent command of the English language.
