Job description
Esti (https://esti.app/) is a leading aesthetic photo editing app on a mission to become the #1 player in the market. We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to take full ownership of our monetization, onboarding, and user activation strategies.
We are building a deeply personalized journey where marketing and product work as one ecosystem, and we need someone who can connect the dots between UA creatives, user intent, and the final purchase.
Responsibilities
- Drive ARPU: Own the revenue metrics. You will launch and optimize paywalls, test pricing strategies, and balance our new mixed monetization model (subscriptions + credits).
- Design personalized onboarding paths based on user intent and UA sources.
- Full-Cycle Experimentation: Maintain a clean backlog of hypotheses. Prioritize based on Impact × Effort, design A/B tests (prices, paywalls, onboarding screens), and draw actionable conclusions.
- Bridge Product & Marketing: Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to understand how product changes affect key metrics like ROAS and CPI. Build seamless Install → Paywall funnels.
Requirements
- 1.5 - 3 years of Product Management experience in B2C mobile apps (working with subscriptions or IAPs is a must).
- Solid A/B testing expertise. Hands-on experience launching pricing and paywall tests.
- Strong Product Analytics skills: You easily navigate user funnels and evaluate impact on ARPU.
- You understand the basics of Performance Marketing and how creatives affect lower-funnel product metrics.
- Experience using AI tools in your daily PM work (for analytics, writing documentation, or brainstorming).
- Required languages: English, Russian.
