Short Summary:
Envoy is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to join the Mid-Market Sales team, focusing on companies with 501–5,000 employees. This role involves owning the full sales cycle and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue: Exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to company growth.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage deals from prospecting to close.
- Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through various prospecting methods.
- Customer Discovery: Utilize discovery techniques to uncover business pain and value drivers.
- Champion Development: Identify and develop champions within client organizations.
- Product Expertise: Tailor demos and communicate value aligned to client challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to remove roadblocks.
- Forecasting & Systems: Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce.
- Negotiation: Navigate procurement and maintain client relationships.
- Team Contribution: Mentor others and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or SMB segments.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in consultative selling to IT, HR, and operations leaders.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and self-sourcing opportunities.
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools preferred.
- High attention to pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline.
- Adaptable, coachable, and a team player.
