Short Summary:
The State General Manager (GM) at Entyre is responsible for scaling operations to deliver support for family caregivers. This role requires operational expertise, leadership, and the ability to solve complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Hire and lead a best-in-class clinical team of nurses and support staff.
- Slash onboarding friction to expedite family access to Medicaid and local programs.
- Navigate state regulatory challenges and leverage compliance as a competitive advantage.
- Act as the voice of Entyre with local stakeholders and agencies.
- Provide feedback to HQ and collaborate with the tech team to address pain points.
- Share successful strategies to enhance growth in other states.
- Focus on family sign-ups and convert leads effectively.

Requirement:
- At least 3 years of operational hands-on experience.
- Proven promotional path in a high-performance environment.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- A proactive attitude with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Background in healthcare or caregiving operations is a plus; Medicaid knowledge is advantageous.
- Networking skills to engage with local clinics and regulators.
