This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to explore and apply emerging AI tools and automation techniques to enhance operational efficiency across our PS functions. You will work closely with consultants and technical specialists to identify improvement opportunities, support programming and QA activities, and experiment with AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows. Key Responsibilities AI Exploration & Application Research and evaluate AI tools (e.g., automation platforms, coding assistants, QA test tools) Prototype and test AI-enabled solutions to improve team productivity Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies in current PS workflows and suggest automation opportunities Support implementation of process improvements using scripting or AI tools Programming Support Assist with basic development tasks such as scripting, data processing, or tool integration Support internal tools or utilities that enhance delivery efficiency Quality Assurance (QA) Support Assist in developing and executing test cases Explore AI-assisted testing approaches to improve QA coverage and speed Continuous Improvement Document findings, solutions, and best practices Share recommendations on how AI can be scaled across PS operations Requirements Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field at a Hong Kong university Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) Familiarity with or curiosity about AI tools, coding assistants, or automation platforms Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Exposure to AI/ML concepts or projects Experience with scripting, APIs, or workflow automation tools Understanding of software development lifecycle or QA processes What Interns will gain: Hands-on experience applying AI in a real business environment Exposure to Professional Services operations and client delivery processes Opportunity to contribute ideas that drive measurable efficiency improvements Mentorship from experienced technical and consulting professionals #LI-NR1 At Entrust, we don’t just offer jobs – we offer career journeys.
