Short Summary:
Engine is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition Operations to build and orchestrate the infrastructure that powers our hiring. This leadership role focuses on transforming recruitment operations into a high-efficiency machine with AI and automation at the center.
Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and implement end-to-end SOPs for the entire hiring lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a rigorous planning and forecasting discipline for hiring capacity.
- Own the TA tool ecosystem and roadmap, managing vendor relationships and ensuring system integration.
- Develop and execute an AI in Ops roadmap to improve talent rediscovery and recruiter productivity.
- Lead high-impact TA programs including Referrals and Talent Masters initiatives.
- Streamline interview coordination through automation and manage communication templates.
- Own reporting and analytics for candidate experience and operational health.
Requirement:
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years in TA Operations in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Expert-level knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and hiring technology.
- A systems-first mindset with a focus on building practical and scalable documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Proven track record in program management for initiatives like employee referrals and university hiring.
- Future-focused with knowledge of AI and automation trends in HR Tech.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.
