Short Summary:
As a Database Administrator, you'll manage, optimize, and secure our Microsoft SQL Server environment while contributing to our migration from Oracle to SQL Server and implementing your own ideas.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Manage backup, recovery, security, and database availability.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and database code.
- Help standardize and improve our database architecture.
- Support our Oracle-to-SQL Server migration.
- Automate recurring tasks and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with developers, DevOps, and business teams.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of Microsoft SQL Server administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning, security, backup & recovery.
- Experience with T-SQL and database optimization.
- Experience with scripting and automation.
- Azure SQL and Oracle experience are a plus.
