Short Summary:
Join Emma, the world’s largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand, as a Process Excellence Intern. Contribute to improving operational processes and data analysis in a diverse, international team.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain reports and datasets using Excel and/or Python
- Support the design, documentation, and improvement of supply chain processes
- Work with multiple stakeholders across different teams and departments
- Assist in executing process improvement initiatives and operational projects
- Create clear documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations in a structured and professional way
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results independently within defined timelines

Requirement:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Prior internship or work experience in analytical, operational, or project-based roles
- Skilled in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, and reporting
- Basic Python knowledge or experience using it for data analysis and reporting
- Comfortable working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented with a high standard for documentation and process clarity
