Short Summary:
Join Emma, the world’s largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand, as an Offline Operations Intern. Be part of a diverse team focused on improving operational processes in B2B Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:
- Quality & Process Excellence: Analyze and improve operational processes, support standardized workflows, monitor KPIs, and collaborate on process improvements.
- Production & Planning: Assist in demand forecasting, coordinate with suppliers, track order progress, and contribute to process documentation.
- Logistics: Support first mile operations, monitor last mile deliveries, assist with inventory tracking, and manage return flows.
- Operations: Assist account managers, support order management, collaborate with customer excellence, and maintain operational dashboards.

Requirement:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Skilled in data analysis and process optimization.
- Excellent communicator, eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Available to start in the next two months.
