Join Emma, the world’s largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand, and contribute to our mission of developing sleep comfort products. You will manage projects in business development for the German, Swiss, or Austrian market, collaborating with various teams to enhance product performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own projects in business development.
- Monitor online sales and track product performances.
- Collaborate with operations teams for smooth supply chain management.
- Share product insights with marketing teams for impactful campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition.
- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
- Receive support from a senior team member for professional growth.
Requirement:
- Currently studying Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Practical experience in a dynamic environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate.
- Independent worker who takes on responsibility.
- Available for at least 6 months.
