SummaryThe TIA Developer & Operations Specialist will be responsible for developing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining the TIA insurance platform, ensuring the platform operates smoothly and that enhancements to the system are delivered effectively.
Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and configure the TIA insurance platform.
Maintain stable operations of the insurance system.
Deliver enhancements and improvements to the system.
Support production environments and manage deployments.
Troubleshoot incidents and address operational issues.
Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Key Requirements3+ years of experience with TIA or similar insurance/policy administration systems.
Strong experience with SQL databases.
Experience with APIs and system integrations.
Proficiency in either .
NET/C# or Java.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP and XML/JSON.
Experience supporting production environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of insurance processes: Policy administration, Claims, Billing, Underwriting.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
Nice to HaveExperience with Guidewire, Sapiens, Keylane, or similar PAS platforms.
Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud environments.
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
PowerShell or Python scripting knowledge.
ITIL knowledge.
