Short Summary:
The Project Manager, Visual Merchandising will oversee visual merchandising workflows from strategy through execution, driving creative builds and event execution across the brand portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct an analysis of current workload for the team.
- Establish and apply new processes and timelines to meet expected deliverables.
- Establish schedule and meeting cadence for seasonal resets and key initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive interconnected pieces of reset.
- Manage reset from inception through delivery, tracking progress against timelines.
- Drive execution of promotional programs from inception to final release.
- Improve processes to streamline workflows and reduce complexity.

Requirement:
- Ability to work with teams in multiple time zones.
- Effective communication of creative objectives and collaboration with internal departments.
- Experience managing omnichannel activations.
- Proven ability to anticipate team workload and establish schedules.
- Complete understanding of creative and production processes.
- Superior organizational and communication skills.
- BA or BFA preferred.
- 5+ years of Creative Operations and project management experience.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Excel.
