We are looking for a Director, People Business Partner who shows up as a bold disruptor with a kind heart, someone who brings sharp strategy and genuine warmth in equal measure. You will be a trusted advisor to e.l.f. Beauty leaders and business functions across the organization, helping drive impactful people operations and a culture of belonging.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary People partner to multiple business functions, building trusted relationships with senior leaders.
- Co-create the People Business Partner function with the CHRO globally, sharing best practices.
- Lead a team of global People Partners across geographies, specifically EMEA, India, and China.
- Provide expert coaching on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Deliver global, high-impact people programs aligned to business priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support client groups and partner with leadership on organizational design.
- Use people data and analytics to identify trends and shape proactive strategies.
- Act as the central point of contact for the People team between the business and various departments.
- Counsel managers on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Requirement:
- 15–20+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in consumer goods or beauty.
- Passion for solving people problems in practical, human, and scalable ways.
- Deep expertise across the full HR landscape.
- Proven experience with various HR technology platforms.
- High emotional intelligence and strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical instincts.
- Experience supporting HR through acquisitions or significant organizational change is a plus.
