Short Summary:
ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Krakow to manage a strategic enterprise account for a leading U.S. healthcare company.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery for a strategic enterprise account
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as the primary delivery contact
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects within ambitious timelines and business priorities
- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery challenges to ensure successful outcomes
- Drive project financial performance, resource utilization, and account profitability
- Operate effectively in a multi-vendor environment while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Account Management to identify growth opportunities and strengthen long-term customer partnerships
- Contribute to account strategy and support business expansion initiatives
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations, business objectives, and delivery commitments
Requirement:
- At least 5+ years of project management experience in software development or IT services
- Proven experience managing mid-size and large enterprise accounts
- Strong delivery management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience working directly with enterprise-level customers
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Experience managing project financials, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and resource utilization
- Ability to balance customer expectations, delivery constraints, and business objectives
- Strong risk, dependency, and escalation management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Hands-on experience using project management and collaboration tools
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Readiness to work from the office 2 days per week
- Professional project management certifications will be a plus
