Short Summary:
As a Data Analyst, you will analyze operational data to improve Quality Verification strategies for EA Sports titles, influencing game quality and business processes through data insights.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble data from multiple sources and conduct analyses.
- Perform research and design, document, and implement analytical solutions.
- Present analysis conclusions to internal customers clearly and understandably.
- Build metrics reporting systems and track process improvements.
- Conduct analysis using statistical software, databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain scripts and queries for data manipulation.
- Build and share live dashboards and reports with user documentation.
Requirement:
- Experience in an analytical role.
- Strong SQL and database skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
- Knowledge of R and Microsoft Excel (VBA).
- Experience with unstructured data and NoSQL/elastic search.
- Good math and analytical skills, including statistics and modeling.
