Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders, trading teams, and developers to enhance the engineering population's effectiveness.
- Manage product and technical ownership of services related to software development and delivery.
- Participate in scheduled support rotations to assist internal engineering teams.
- Investigate and resolve complex systems or build issues.
- Improve service reliability, performance, and observability of critical infrastructure.
- Work in a hybrid infrastructure environment using infra-as-code patterns.
- Educate users on tools and maintain high-quality self-service documentation.
Requirement:
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Stellar written communication.
- Problem-solving skills for tasks from troubleshooting to architecting solutions.
- Experience in debugging complex systems and managing Linux systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications.
- 3-5 years of development experience in a high-level programming language (Go, Python, or Java).
