Short Summary:
Doxel is seeking a Technical Recruiter to enhance its technical hiring engine, focusing on full-cycle recruiting across various technical roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle technical recruiting
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, and IT/Security roles
- Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
- Drive recruiting process and rigor
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and interview loops
- Help build sourcing playbooks and technical screening frameworks
- Use recruiting data to improve hiring speed and quality
- Maintain ATS hygiene and reporting
Requirement:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS/startup environments
- Experience recruiting across multiple technical functions
- Comfortable sourcing passive candidates directly
- Working knowledge of technical role requirements
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
- Strong communication skills
