Short Summary:
We are looking for an Ethics & Integrity Compliance Officer who will serve as the operational owner of the Ethics & Integrity Compliance program, managing multiple compliance workstreams and assessing third-party risks across various business areas.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Global Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Program.
- Drive and coordinate the review, approval, and governance of compliance policies.
- Manage the end-to-end third-party due diligence lifecycle.
- Coordinate onboarding and compliance workflows.
- Act as the compliance knowledge base for cross-functional teams.
- Manage the company-wide training platform.
- Co-own the Related Party Transactions framework and policy.
- Own and manage the annual compliance attestation cycle.
- Support investigations arising from ethics and integrity matters.
- Participate in contract review and negotiations.

Requirement:
- At least 5+ years of experience in Compliance with a focus on Ethics, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience managing due diligence and onboarding platforms.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Law with Compliance and/or Risk Management training.
- Project management skills and ability to multitask.
- High degree of professional ethics and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the payment industry is a plus.
