Short Summary:
Discord's Enterprise Technology org is building a software engineering discipline from the ground up. The Enterprise Platform team is new, focusing on creating self-service software for internal systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the device fleet as code, moving configuration to API-driven infrastructure.
- Automate identity systems and their connections to apps as code.
- Own app delivery and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), establishing CI/CD standards.
- Build the self-service layer with APIs, CLIs, and portals for automated workflows.
- Take core components from design through production, writing RFCs and documentation.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in production software and systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with production code experience (Go, Python, TypeScript).
- Hands-on IAM experience (SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC) and fluency with Terraform and CI/CD.
- Experience with API-driven engineering for endpoint or infrastructure configuration.
- A platform-as-a-product mindset and comfort with complex projects in a greenfield environment.
