Trim Shop

Location: Rattan, OK

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (45+ hours per week)

About the Job:

Our Trim Shop team handles the final assembly stage—adding the finishing touches that make each Diamond T Trailer road-ready and customer-approved.

Responsibilities:

• Install flooring, lights, wiring, decals, and accessories on trailers.
• Perform final quality checks before trailers leave the shop.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Work with the production team to meet daily schedules.
• Ensure trailers meet company quality and safety standards.
• Keep the trim shop area organized and stocked with materials.
