Short Summary:
Devoted Studios is a globally remote development company specializing in Co-development, Porting, and End-to-End Art Production for the gaming industry. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of client pitches and creative presentations across our game development slate.

Responsibilities:
- Own the visual strategy for high-stakes pitches, deciding what needs art, data, motion, or narrative to land the story
- Design and refine company capability decks, case study materials, and client-facing presentations true to each IP's visual language
- Adapt quickly across wildly different aesthetics, from stylized casual to gritty triple-A
- Build reusable systems: templates, component libraries, and motion frameworks that scale design quality across multiple concurrent pitches
- Interpret ambiguous creative direction from leadership and business development with minimal back-and-forth
- Present work directly to internal stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers on both craft and professional judgment
- Give final-eyes feedback on decks before they go out the door

Requirement:
- 5+ years of design experience, ideally with exposure to the games industry, entertainment, or a fast-paced agency environment
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides)
- A portfolio demonstrating range across visual styles
- Strong understanding of pitch narrative structure: hook, world, proof, ask
- Experience building scalable design systems and templates for repeated use
- A track record of taking initiative rather than waiting for a brief
- Comfort pushing back constructively on creative direction that won't land
- Genuine enthusiasm for unfamiliar IPs and new creative challenges
