Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the advanced trading UX for web and mobile, focusing on professional and institutional traders. The role involves making advanced trading fast, precise, and design-obsessive, with a strong emphasis on user experience and feedback.

Responsibilities:
- Own the advanced trading UX roadmap for web and mobile.
- Define and ship trading tools for power users.
- Champion usability and aesthetics in design.
- Conduct research and gather feedback from traders.
- Align cross-functional teams around clear outcomes.

Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience owning complex product surfaces, particularly in fintech or trading.
- Strong design sensibility and ability to evaluate UI/UX quality.
- Evidence of design-forward shipping and understanding of trading/market dynamics.
- Daily-trader empathy and willingness to use the platform regularly.
- Data ownership and ability to prioritize without waiting for analysis.
