Short Summary:
Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager of Network & Cloud Architecture to lead the organization responsible for the network fabric powering their AI-first cloud. This role involves managing a multi-team organization and ensuring cohesive designs across various domains.

Responsibilities:
- Own the company-wide architecture strategy connecting edge PoPs, backbone transport, data center fabrics, and SDN overlays.
- Arbitrate high-stakes tradeoffs between domains and drive decisions with company-wide impact.
- Establish engineering standards, reference architectures, and design review processes.
- Set strategic direction for network design, including BGP, MPLS, and optical transport.
- Champion intent-based networking and own executive-level remediation for outages.
- Partner with Product, Hardware, and Infrastructure to align roadmaps with company priorities.

Requirement:
- 12+ years in network engineering/architecture, including 5+ years managing skilled ICs.
- Proven track record leading network architecture at hyperscale environments.
- Strong command of SDN and cloud-native networking.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
