Short Summary:
Crusoe is seeking a strategic and operationally minded Manager, Travel Programs to own and elevate our global travel program. This role involves managing the travel platform, vendor relationships, policy governance, and employee travel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Navan platform end-to-end — configuration, policy settings, and ongoing optimization.
- Manage the Navan vendor relationship as the primary day-to-day owner.
- Lead monthly program reviews with Navan and report spend trends, policy compliance, and NPS findings to Finance and leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements as the company scales.
- Manage Navan training enablement and administration.
- Maintain Confluence travel documentation, FAQs, and program communications.
Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience in corporate travel program management, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
- Hands-on experience managing Navan or a comparable corporate travel platform.
- Strong vendor management skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, IT, People, and Procurement.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable pulling, analyzing, and presenting spend and compliance data to leadership.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
