Short Summary:
Crusoe is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support an executive in the Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex calendars while contributing to the company's mission and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality, timely, and detailed administrative support to Crusoe’s leaders.
- Manage a complex calendar of appointments and process expense reports.
- Arrange travel and ensure stakeholder awareness in support of activities.
- Manage calendar coordination for Leadership’s direct reports.
- Improve meeting effectiveness by tracking key discussion topics and action items.
- Lead planning and execution of leadership offsites and team events.
- Identify and implement new processes to improve team collaboration and efficiency.
- Coordinate corporate travel and office/company-wide events.
- Perform occasional personal tasks for leadership as needed.
- Handle other clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative role.
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proven success in planning and executing team offsites or large-scale events.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides, etc.).
- Positive, can-do attitude and a growth mindset.
