Short Summary:
CompassX is a boutique business and technology consulting firm helping Fortune 500 and high-growth clients with strategic initiatives. We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to understand and improve our internal operations through hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Get hands-on across teams to understand how work moves before trying to change it.
- Identify where processes are inefficient and diagnose why.
- Bring forward clear recommendations for improvements.
- Build and implement fixes, including new processes and documentation.
- Document key processes to preserve institutional knowledge.
- Partner with leadership to understand priorities and implement improvements.
- Use CRM, spreadsheets, and lightweight automation/AI tools to bring recommendations to life.

Requirement:
- 1+ year of experience in operations, business analysis, or process improvement (new grads encouraged to apply).
- Genuine curiosity for how things work and the instinct to diagnose root causes.
- Comfortable using CRM, spreadsheet tools, and lightweight automation/AI tools.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Confident and diplomatic communicator.
- Takes initiative and operates in ambiguity.
- No ego about the work, willing to take on a mix of tasks.
