Short Summary:
Cohere is seeking a Senior Program Manager to optimize Corporate Affairs operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a high-performance culture across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Partner to define and implement Corporate Affairs strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Streamline Corporate Affairs processes, including planning cadences and budget management.
- Work closely with legal, product, sales, marketing, HR, and finance teams for cohesive execution.
- Monitor Corporate Affairs KPIs and recommend adjustments for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between Corporate Affairs leadership and executive teams.
- Lead and execute cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
Requirement:
- 10+ years in corporate operations, communications, government affairs, or public policy.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in project management tools.
- Experience in translating business goals into actionable plans.
- Executive-level communication skills and experience creating presentation materials.
