Short Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This role combines elements of Field CTO, Industry Strategist, Technical Specialist, and Partner Relations Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership.
- Own the technical relationship and set the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI and modernization portfolio.
- Co-create sales plays tailored to each partner’s customer base.
- Develop and deliver workshops and partner-hosted enablement sessions.
- Build hands-on demonstration environments for partners.
- Intervene directly on high-value partner-attached deals across EMEA.
- Transform bespoke partner enablement sessions into structured LMS modules.
- Produce “better together” reference architectures for strategic partner combinations.
- Build a playbook library for new PDE or partner sellers.
- Create and publish Partner Relations content to build Coder’s technical brand.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Consulting, or Developer Relations.
- Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on major cloud providers.
- 2+ years deploying or operating AI coding agents in a production environment.
- Experience working with channel or technology partners in a co-sell model.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-directed, analytically minded, and comfortable operating with full autonomy.
