Short Summary:
CodePath is expanding its team to support a $150M initiative with Anthropic, focusing on AI workforce programs. The Senior Manager of AI Practice will manage a team of mentors, ensuring the success of AI-trained fellows at nonprofits across America.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of mentors, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching.
- Run weekly syncs, 1:1s, and establish escalation paths for support.
- Ensure day-to-day operations are executed effectively across the team.
- Own the delivery outcome for approximately 200 fellows, ensuring instruction lands effectively.
- Set agendas for instructional time and decide on teaching methods.
- Maintain quality standards for mentorship and review processes.
- Implement delivery systems to scale operations effectively.
- Partner with strategic partners to gather feedback and improve curriculum.

Requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, management, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving performance.
- Strong written communication skills and comfort with remote work.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
