Short Summary:
CodePath is expanding its team to support a $150M initiative with Anthropic, focusing on training AI fellows. As a CodePath Mentor, you will coach a portfolio of fellows, providing technical guidance and support throughout their fellowship experience.

Responsibilities:
- Coach your pods, managing roughly 10 pods (about 20 fellows across 8 to 12 host organizations).
- Provide structured written feedback on pull requests and other deliverables.
- Facilitate weekly 1:1s with fellows, documenting their progress and challenges.
- Lead milestone reviews and deliver curriculum modules.
- Raise program-wide issues to the appropriate teams.
- Work AI-natively, integrating Claude into your coaching loop.

Requirement:
- 2 to 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience in coaching or mentorship roles.
- Ability to provide specific and useful feedback on code.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable with remote work across US time zones.
