Short Summary:
CloudLinux is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to manage a remote team responsible for building and operating their email security product line. This role involves a mix of leadership and hands-on engineering, focusing on delivery, technical direction, and team growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a small, senior, fully remote squad (7–8 people)
- Accountable for team delivery, reliability, and growth
- Turn product backlog into a credible engineering plan
- Own engineering quality gates for model releases
- Keep technical debt visible and funded
- Own the architecture of the email stack
- Act as incident commander for product-impacting events
- Conduct 1:1s, goal setting, performance reviews, and career development
- Define hiring profiles and mentor engineers
- Collaborate with the Product Owner on delivery plans

Requirement:
- 5+ years as a software engineer, with 2+ years leading a team
- Strong hands-on Linux background; proficient in Go and/or Python
- Experience shipping and operating a distributed backend service
- Practical fluency with observability and data tooling
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
- Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Availability to work EU hours
