Short Summary:
You will build out and lead a team of talented engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Cloudflare’s internal integrations solutions. Your work will directly accelerate our sales velocity, customer support, and platform experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of engineers.
- Oversee the development of scalable, highly reliable integration infrastructure.
- Focus on growing and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.
- Set clear expectations and provide thoughtful leadership and feedback.
- Communicate effectively, manage priorities, and navigate a fast-paced environment.

Requirement:
- Experience leading a team of senior engineers.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable leading and hiring a team that builds backend APIs and integrations.
- Demonstrated track record of leading a team including hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
- Experience implementing tools, processes, and methodologies.
