Short Summary:
At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. We are looking for a hands-on engineering manager to own Browser Run engineering end to end, focusing on team management, product roadmap, and operational health.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and grow the team of systems engineers behind Browser Run.
- Own the Browser Run roadmap and delivery, ensuring clear visibility into priorities.
- Partner with Product Management to shape the roadmap and make trade-off calls.
- Maintain Browser Run’s operational health, including capacity and reliability.
- Develop leaders within the team and resolve cross-team dependencies.
- Represent Browser Run externally through various channels.

Requirement:
- 2+ years managing engineering teams with a solid track record as a hands-on engineer.
- Experience owning a production service end to end, including incident review.
- Familiarity with browser automation tools like Chrome DevTools Protocol, Puppeteer, or Playwright.
- Strong technical grounding in distributed systems and web platform fundamentals.
- Excellent written communication skills for technical content.
