Short Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Junior Technical Product Manager to join our Product team. This role serves as the critical bridge between our engineering team and internal stakeholders, focusing on internal enablement and technical delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams to understand their technical pain points and internal tooling needs.
- Translate internal business needs into clear, technical requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
- Prioritize and maintain a backlog of internal technical requests.
- Act as the project manager for internal tech deliverables, ensuring smooth rollouts and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Act as the first point of contact for technical production issues escalated by internal teams.
- Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive internal technical knowledge base.
- Write clear documentation explaining technical product capabilities to non-technical audiences.
- Host training sessions for internal teams when major technical updates are released.
Requirement:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a technical support, business analyst, project management, or junior product management role.
- A solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A highly analytical mindset with a passion for finding root causes and developing scalable solutions.
- Experience with ticketing and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ClickUp) is a plus.
- Experience in valuation, mortgage, fintech, or related industries is highly desired.
