Short Summary:
The City of Fort Worth is seeking a Senior Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Programmer Analyst to support the environmental laboratory by ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient laboratory data. This role involves troubleshooting LIMS system issues, developing system upgrades, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day LIMS operations, maintenance, system administration, and user training.
- Develop and maintain SQL or PL/SQL scripts for data validation, reporting, and automation.
- Administer LIMS user roles, access controls, and workflow permissions.
- Troubleshoot LIMS technical issues and provide responsive support to end users.
- Work with IT teams and vendors to resolve system or integration issues.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and provide hands-on user training.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Five (5) years of hands-on experience in computer programming, implementing, and managing a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or similar data management system.
