Short Summary:
Chili Piper is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to scale community and event experiences, enhancing relationships with the GTM community through various events and activations. This role involves hands-on execution and strategic planning to drive brand awareness and measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Own the annual event calendar and determine Chili Piper's presence at events.
- Bring creativity and humor to event execution.
- Manage logistics, budgets, venues, vendors, and on-site coordination.
- Run event promotion, including building landing pages and managing CRM lists.
- Produce virtual events and webinars from start to finish.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships for event success.
- Ensure smooth on-site execution and deliver a seamless experience.
- Build and nurture community relationships with GTM leaders.
- Track performance and report on outcomes and pipeline impact.
- Manage vendors and budgets effectively.
- Conduct debriefs post-events to improve future programs.
Requirement:
- 2+ years in event management, field marketing, or community roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to plan and execute various events.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Comfortable building landing pages and managing email lists.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing partner collaborations is a plus.
