Short Summary:
As a Skills Outreach Coordinator, you will provide coaching support and deepen understanding of student outcomes, focusing on professional development coaching and structured student outreach.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver asynchronous coaching support to help students connect their learning to career advancement.
- Participate in and support live coaching sessions.
- Guide and motivate students toward their program and professional development goals.
- Conduct structured outreach to gather data on student confidence and skills application.
- Log and submit outreach data for team analysis and program improvement.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 2–3 years of experience in coaching, career development, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with professional development coaching and career coaching (ICF Certified is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM tools.
- Must have consistent availability for evening hours (5–9 PM ET / 2–6 PM PT).
