Short Summary:
The Deal Operations team partners closely with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of commercial transactions, enabling efficient Quote-to-Cash processes while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end execution of complex commercial transactions across the NEMEA and SEMEA regions.
- Review sales opportunities for operational readiness prior to order booking.
- Validate product configurations, pricing, commercial terms, and booking requirements.
- Resolve operational issues that impact successful order execution.
- Manage approval workflows and support timely order processing.
- Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, Customer Success, and Business Systems to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ issues related to quoting, approvals, pricing, product configuration, and order processing.
- Develop knowledge articles and identify opportunities to simplify quoting processes.
- Contribute to automation initiatives, reporting improvements, and the ongoing evolution of Deal Operations.

Requirement:
- 5+ years' experience in Deal Operations, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and commercial operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and NetSuite ERP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational issues.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
