Short Summary:
Celerion is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide excellent customer service and assist with tobacco study participation inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding tobacco study participation.
- Collect and enter participant information into the computer database.
- Promote additional study participation and referrals from current participants.
- Make reminder call-outs to registered study participants.
Requirement:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Ability to sort information and interpret written and verbal instructions.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous Call Center experience preferred.
- Data entry experience preferred.
- One year of sales, telemarketing, promotional, public relations, or related experience preferred.
- Ability to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and vapors from electronic cigarettes.
- Must be 21 years of age to work around tobacco products.
