Short Summary:
Join Carta's EMEA Sales team as a Sales Development Representative, where you'll engage legal leaders and fund managers, filling the top of the revenue funnel and contributing to the growth of Carta Law.
Responsibilities:
- Fill the top of the funnel through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and fellow SDRs to develop well-researched prospect target lists.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and client interactions in the CRM.
- Assist in preparing sales collateral and presentations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirement:
- 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales role.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with sophisticated prospects.
- Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage your own pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Flexible and growth-oriented, able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
