We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding globally, seeking talented individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and monitor operational workflows and automations used across the business.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and system integrations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Design and implement automated checks and controls to identify errors and operational issues early.
- Integrate data from multiple systems into a single, reliable source for reporting and analysis.
- Monitor the performance, reliability, and health of workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Document workflows, processes, and technical solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for automation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology.

Requirement:
- Experience with workflow automation and integration tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python scripting.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, or data warehouses.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A responsible approach to handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Exposure to data visualization or Business Intelligence (BI) tools, AI or Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, or experience in a regulated financial services environment is an advantage.
