Short Summary:
We are a leading trading platform seeking an IT Assurance and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape and influence our compliance framework worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of internal and external IT audits, regulatory requests, and compliance questionnaires.
- Assist with evidence gathering and coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to gap assessments against regulatory requirements and help draft remediation plans.
- Support reviews of IT policies, standards, and procedures for regulatory alignment.
- Support control documentation and monitoring within the GRC platform (e.g., Vanta).
- Assist in ongoing certification maintenance (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001).

Requirement:
- 2+ years in IT compliance, IT audit, or IT governance.
- Hands-on experience with gap assessments and supporting remediation plans.
- Knowledge of DORA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, NIST, or similar frameworks.
- Good communication skills to explain regulatory requirements to technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in FinTech, banking, or another regulated industry is a plus.
- Experience working with a GRC platform (e.g., Vanta) is a plus.
