Short Summary:
Join Calendly as a Senior Product Operations Manager to lead program areas, enhance execution, and define operating practices that improve workflows. This role combines strategic ownership with operational leadership, working closely with product and functional leaders.

Responsibilities:
- Own a meaningful program area and define strategy and roadmap.
- Serve as the primary Product Operations partner to improve planning and execution.
- Lead large, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
- Define and monitor operational health metrics and identify friction points.
- Own horizontal Product Operations capabilities across R&D.
- Generate actionable insights from stakeholder feedback and operational data.
- Design and implement scalable process changes.
- Build coalitions across various teams to drive alignment and adoption.

Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or related functions.
- Experience owning a program area and leading complex initiatives.
- Strong skills in defining processes and governance.
- Ability to generate insights from multiple inputs.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and related tools.
- Strong judgment and organizational leadership.
