Short Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CAE Simulation Engineer with expertise in automotive crash and safety simulations to support the development of safe, reliable, and high-performance vehicle systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive crash and safety simulations using industry-standard CAE tools.
- Conduct crashworthiness analysis and explicit finite element simulations for vehicle components and complete vehicle systems.
- Develop, execute, and validate crash simulation models to evaluate structural performance under various impact scenarios.
- Analyze simulation results, identify design improvements, and recommend engineering solutions to meet safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with design, product development, and manufacturing teams to optimize vehicle structures for crash performance.
- Support virtual validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prepare technical reports, simulation documentation, and engineering recommendations.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation methodologies and processes.
- Ensure simulation models comply with quality standards and project requirements.
Requirement:
- 4–6 years of experience in Automotive CAE Simulation.
- Strong hands-on experience with LS-DYNA.
- Experience in Crash Simulation and Crashworthiness Analysis.
- Strong understanding of Explicit Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Experience working on automotive crash and safety engineering projects.
- Ability to interpret simulation results and recommend design improvements.
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety principles and structural analysis.
