Short Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and smooth execution of our recruitment processes, focusing on data integrity, process adherence, and providing an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recruitment data within our ATS and other platforms, and generate essential reports.
- Support the team in ensuring all recruitment processes are correctly followed, flagging deviations, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assist in the maintenance and basic alignment of our ATS and other recruitment tools to user needs.
- Design and implement initiatives that proactively enhance the candidate journey, from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Partner with stakeholders to strategically align recruitment efforts with overarching business objectives and workforce planning.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a highly meticulous approach to tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR/Talent Acquisition Operations.
