Short Summary:
As a Cash Flow Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our banking operations, overseeing company bank accounts, and supporting the Finance and Operations teams with reliable financial data.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records for all company bank accounts and ensure data integrity across internal systems.- Record and update banking information accurately and on time.- Process and validate large volumes of financial data.- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data across internal systems.- Communicate with internal departments to clarify and resolve data-related questions.- Support the improvement and automation of banking and cash flow processes.- Contribute to process optimisation by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Requirement:
- Advanced computer skills.- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.- Strong understanding of financial data management.- Ability to work accurately with large datasets.- Experience working with bank statements and financial records.- High attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Around 1 year of experience in finance operations, treasury, reconciliation, accounting support, or a similar role.- Required languages: English B1 - Intermediate, Ukrainian Native.
