Short Summary:
As a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM), you will serve as a trusted advisor, driving a unified customer experience using your technical, communication, and collaboration skills to help customers achieve their full potential through the adoption of VMware's technology.

Responsibilities:
- Articulate customer key business objectives and desired outcomes.
- Craft a joint Success Plan with the customer.
- Ensure best-in-class execution and recommend improvements in customer's operations.
- Identify customer use cases and opportunities for prescribing Adoption Guidance and Workshops.
- Present achievements and customer progress in Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Collaborate with multi-functional VMware project teams.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 12+ years related experience.
- Proven work experience in customer-facing positions (e.g., TAM, Solution Engineer).
- Expertise with VMware’s Multi-cloud products and enterprise-level virtualization.
